This topic explains how to download and install the mobile client (Android client or iOS client) on your mobile device to use cloud computers.
The examples in this topic are based on the iOS client V7.7 and the Enterprise Edition. If your experience differs from the description in this topic, you may be using a different client or an outdated version. Upgrade to the latest version.
Install the client
To install the mobile client for the first time, follow these steps.
Download the client that matches your device type and operating system from the Alibaba Cloud Workspace client download page.
iOS client: Supports iOS 11 or later.
Android client: Supports Android 10 or later. HarmonyOS NEXT is not supported.
Install the client on your mobile device.
Update the client
If you have the mobile client installed, you can check for updates.
Open the client.
Go to Me > About.
The About screen shows your current version number. Tap Check for Update.
