Permission settings
This topic describes the two main features of permission settings.
Permission settings provide two main features: page lock and administrator settings.
Page lock
The organization owner, super administrators, and administrators can enable or disable this feature:

Enable: Other organization members (excluding external members) who are not Insight administrators can access Insight. They can only query reports for projects, code repositories, and pipelines that they are allowed to view.

Disable: Regular members can only view reports for the projects, code repositories, and pipelines that they created.
In the Permission Settings section, use the Allow organization members to access toggle to control access. Use the Insight Administrators and Organization Administrators tabs to manage the administrator list by clicking Add Member or Remove.
Administrator configuration
Three types of administrators can access Alibaba Cloud DevOps Insight:

Organization owner: By default, the organization owner is an Alibaba Cloud DevOps Insight administrator. This role can add or remove super administrators and administrators, view all organization data, and create user groups based on all members within the organization.

Super administrator: Can add or remove other super administrators and administrators, view all organization data, and create user groups based on all members within the organization.

Administrator: Can view all organization data and create user groups based on all members within the organization.
Organization owners and super administrators can click Add Member on the permission settings page to add multiple users as a Super Administrator/Administrator at once.
In the dialog box, search for users who are not yet Insight administrators. Select the target users, choose Super Administrator or Administrator from the role drop-down list at the bottom, and click OK.
Organization owners and super administrators can remove a member by selecting them and confirming the action. Once removed, the user becomes a regular member in Alibaba Cloud DevOps Insight with view-only access.
