User group management
An organization owner, super administrator, or administrator can group members into user groups to simplify viewing and managing their work statistics. This topic explains how to create, modify, view, and share these groups.
User groups serve the following primary purposes:

Team metric reports: Select a user group to view member data, including work overviews, project statistics, work-hour statistics, and code statistics.

workload: Select a user group to view member information, such as recent workload saturation and work item planning.
Create a user group
An organization owner, super administrator, or administrator can create a user group by adding members from their teams or projects. On the User Group Management page, click Create User Group to open the New User Group dialog box.
When you select members, you can choose to Quickly create a user group with project members or Create a user group with specified organization members:

The user group name must be 2 to 32 characters long and can contain Chinese characters, digits, and uppercase and lowercase letters.

User group size limit: Each user group can have up to 200 members.
Modify user group members
To change the members of a user group, click the Modify button. In the dialog box that opens, you can add members from your organization or projects.
In the dialog box, you can change the name in the User Group Name field. Click the + button to add members. The maximum number of members is 200.
Share a user group
Share a user group with others for resource planning and team metric reports.
In the user group management list, click the Share icon in the Actions column for the group you want to share. In the Share User Group dialog box, click Enable Sharing. After sharing is enabled, the members you added to the share list can view the user group.
View user group members
Click the number of members in a user group to view its members.
