File size limits
There are no restrictions on the format of uploaded files. The maximum size for a single file is 1 GB. Each account has a storage capacity of 200 GB.
File upload limits vary. In task comments, a single file can be up to 200 MB, and a batch upload is limited to 20 files. In project files, a single file can be up to 1 GB, and there is no limit on the number of files for a batch upload.
You can batch download files or package multiple folders for download. A packaged download cannot exceed 1 GB in total size or contain more than 500 files. To start a batch download, select multiple files and folders.
Attachments in task comments must be downloaded individually from within the task. For easier backups, we recommend storing all files, including temporary files, in a dedicated folder in the Files section of your project.
Online preview formats
The maximum preview size on the web is 20 MB for images, AMR, and Sketch files. For files that use Office Online for preview, the limit is 10 MB for Word and PowerPoint, and 5 MB for Excel. There is no preview size limit for other supported formats.

Text: txt, md. Note: To prevent garbled characters in previews, save text files in UTF-8 encoding before you upload them.
