为您的EMR集群及其下ECS实例修改自动续费的属性，即配置自动续费的开启/关闭。
接口说明
请确保在使用该接口前，已充分了解 E-MapReduce 产品的收费方式和价格。注意：自动续费不等于立即续费，若您的实例已经到期或将于明天到期，请先手动续费。
