This topic describes how to activate Intelligent Contact Center.
Prerequisites
You must have an Alibaba Cloud account and have completed enterprise real-name verification. For more information, see Alibaba Cloud account registration process and enterprise real-name verification.
- On the Intelligent Contact Center product details page, click Activate Now.
- Go to the Intelligent Contact Center console, select I have read and agree to the Intelligent Contact Center Product Terms of Service, and click Activate Service.
