Alibaba Cloud offers the Artificial Intelligence Cloud Call Service. This service combines the communication infrastructure of Alibaba Cloud and its partners, such as call centers and basic voice services, with the Alibaba Cloud technology platform and artificial intelligence. This topic describes how to request and activate numbers. You must activate numbers before you can use them with the Artificial Intelligence Cloud Call Service.
Prerequisites
The entry point for requesting numbers has been moved to the Voice Service console. Complete the following prerequisites in the Voice Service console.
Your enterprise qualification has been submitted and approved. For more information, see Submit enterprise qualification.
Add a script and wait for it to be approved. For more information, see Add a script.
This script is used to declare the purpose of the number request. It is not a script for the Intelligent Contact Bot.
Enable the Intelligent Speech Interaction feature. To do this, log on to the Voice Service console and go to the General Settings page from the navigation pane on the left.
Request a number
You can request a number in the Voice Service console. For more information, see Request a real number.
View numbers
Log on to the Voice Service console and view your numbers on the Real Number Management page.
