Create and manage a LINE channel

Prerequisites

• An Alibaba Cloud account is registered and real-name verification is completed.

• Chat App Message Service is activated.

• A LINE Official Account is available. If you have not created one, register at LINE Official Account Manager.

Create a LINE channel

1. Log on to the Chat App Message Service console.

2. On the Channel Management page, click Create Channel.

3. In the create channel dialog box, complete the following configuration:

   Parameter	Description
   Channel Type	Select LINE.
   Channel Name	Enter a channel name to identify the channel in the console. Use a meaningful name, for example, LINE-Notifications.

4. Click OK.

   After the channel is created, on the Channel Management page, click the channel ID to open the channel details page and complete the remaining configuration.

1. LINE Official Account authorization — Connect your LINE Official Account to Chat App Message Service and configure channel credentials and the webhook.

2. Template design — Create message templates and define the message content.

3. Group management — Integrate LINE groups (if needed).

4. Send LINE messages — Start sending messages.
