This topic describes the product feature and traffic usage limits of Cloud Web Hosting.

The limits of Cloud Web Hosting are described in the following table:

Category	Limit	Description
Feature limits	Remote logon is not supported. This includes methods such as Secure Shell (SSH) and Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).	If you need remote desktop permissions, purchase an Elastic Compute Service (ECS) instance. For more information, see What is Elastic Compute Service?.
	You cannot install third-party plugins on the server.	None
	Access using IPv6 addresses is not supported.	Currently, only access using IPv4 addresses is supported.
Traffic limits	Monthly standard traffic limits: Shared Economy Edition: 30 GB Shared Economy Enhanced Edition: 40 GB	If the standard traffic allowance is used up, your website becomes inaccessible. Choose one of the following solutions based on your site's traffic usage: Note Traffic for a shared Cloud Web Hosting instance is measured per site. High traffic consumption during specific periods: Purchase an extra data transfer plan. For more information, see Increase the traffic for a shared Cloud Web Hosting instance. Monthly traffic consumption regularly exceeds the standard limit: Upgrade your host to a dedicated Cloud Web Hosting instance. For more information, see Upgrade a Cloud Web Hosting instance. A dedicated Cloud Web Hosting instance divides traffic into high-speed and low-speed traffic. After the monthly high-speed traffic is used up, the host's bandwidth is reduced to 1 Mbps, but traffic usage is unlimited at this reduced speed.
