Use a SIP device to join in a DingTalk meeting
This topic describes how to connect a Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) device to a DingTalk meeting connector to join in a DingTalk meeting.

DingTalk meeting connectors support the SIP devices of Polycom, Cisco, and Huawei. For more information about the supported device models, see Supported device models.
Before you join in a meeting by using a SIP device, you must configure the SIP device. For more information about how to configure the SIP devices of different vendors, see the following topics:
After you connect a multipoint control unit (MCU) to a DingTalk meeting connector, the main meeting place is configured on the MCU.The DingTalk team configures the main meeting place for you.
You can create an MCU video meeting in your meeting management platform and obtain the security token of the meeting. Then, you can enter the security token of the meeting on the PC client or mobile client of DingTalk to join in the meeting. You can also enter the security token of the meeting on the MCU to join in the meeting.
- If the SIP device is registered with a DingTalk meeting connector, use the remote control or touch screen of the device to enter the security token of the meeting to join in the meeting. Note that the security token contains no spaces.
- If the SIP device is not registered with a DingTalk meeting connector, use the remote control or touch screen of the device to enter the security token of the meeting and the domain name that DingTalk provides to join in the meeting. You must enter the security token and domain name in the format of
Security token@Domain name. Note that the security token contains no spaces.
