Use Chrome version 60 or later for full support of all Quick Audience features.
How do I grant other accounts permission to use Quick Audience?
You can grant permission to use Quick Audience to both Alibaba Cloud accounts and Resource Access Management (RAM) users. A RAM user does not need to belong to the Alibaba Cloud account that purchased the service.
An account can use Quick Audience after it is added to a workspace as a member and assigned a role. The permissions of the role determine what the account can do in the workspace.
Organization administrators and workspace administrators can grant these permissions. For more information, see Organization Member Management and Space Members Management.
Why do I get a "username or password incorrect" error after entering the correct information?
If you receive a "username or password incorrect" error on the logon page after entering your username and password, do the following:
Try to log on again and make sure you entered your credentials correctly.
If your username is in the format <username>@<default domain name> or <username>@<enterprise alias>, it is a RAM user account. Log on from the RAM user logon portal. When you enter the username, make sure to type the full name, including the at sign (@) and all characters that follow.
If you forgot your password or username, click Forgot Password or Forgot Username to retrieve your credentials.
