When you try to sign in and see a message that the mailbox has expired, it means the Alibaba Mail service subscription has lapsed. Contact your administrator to renew the service.
Issue
Unable to sign in to the mailbox in Webmail or the Alibaba Mail client. The following error message is displayed: The email address has expired, please contact the administrator to renew the account.
Cause
The Alibaba Mail service subscription has expired. When the subscription lapses, mailbox access is suspended until the service is renewed.

Note
The domain name and Alibaba Mail service are separate products that must be renewed independently. Renewing one does not renew the other.
