This Quick Start explains how to get started with AgentOne.
Imagine you are on a customer service management, store operations, or product team. You need to analyze multi-channel voice of the customer data from your stores, gain detailed insights into its distribution, and identify areas for improvement. AgentOne lets you connect your data sources to start multi-channel voice of the customer analysis. The dashboard helps you visualize and optimize the entire customer experience journey and build an efficient experience operations system.
Prerequisites
Create an Alibaba Cloud account.
An Alibaba Cloud account with real-name registration is required. For more information, see Step 1: Create an Alibaba Cloud account.
Activate the trial or paid version of AgentOne.
To use AgentOne, purchase a plan or apply for a free trial. For more information, see One-month free trial instructions.
Procedure
Step 1: Authorize data connection
Follow the instructions in the Connection Authorization Guide to authorize the data connection for your store.
Your connection quota is determined by the number of units you purchase. Each connected store consumes one unit of your quota.
Step 2: Confirm your tag package
After you authorize your Taobao or Tmall store, the system automatically assigns a preset tag library based on your store's industry category. This process completes the next day (T+1).
