Quick Start

Main flow

The main flow for using the Cloud Publishing service is as follows.

Prerequisites

• You have an Alibaba Cloud account and have completed identity verification. For more information, see Account Management.

• You have activated the EMAS service. For more information, see Quick Start.

Limits

For iOS applications, you can manage application versions and release statuses, but you cannot push updates.

Procedure

1. Log in to the EMAS console.

2. Add a project and an application. For more information, see Quick Start.

   Note

   When you create an H5 application, follow the instructions in the console to integrate WindVane. For more information about the basic concepts of WindVane, see WindVane.

3. (Optional) Integrate the SDK for your Android application. For more information, see Integrate the SDK for Android.

   Important

   • For iOS applications, the Cloud Publishing service only manages application versions and release statuses.

   • For Android and H5 applications, you can use the Cloud Publishing service to perform grayscale releases and full releases, and manage versions and batches.

4. Create a release. For more information, see Create a release.

5. (Optional) Create an update push for your Android or H5 application. For more information, see Create an update push (Android) and Create an update push (H5).

6. View historical versions. For more information, see View historical versions.

7. Close a release. For more information, see Close a release.
