What is a Fixed-Price (Premium) Domain Name
Fixed-Price (Premium) is a transaction type on the Alibaba Cloud Domain Name Trading Platform. Users can directly publish Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names for sale. Alibaba Cloud participates in the entire transaction process and issues invoices to buyers.

Fixed-Price (Premium) Domain Name Transaction Notes
Seller:
Sellers can use the Fixed-Price (Premium) service to publish domain names that are registered with Alibaba Cloud or managed on other platforms.
Before you publish a domain name, you must bind your Alibaba Cloud account to an Alipay account and complete Alipay identity verification.
After a domain name is successfully sold, sellers can receive payments only through a bound and identity-verified Alipay account. Payments can be received to your Alipay account balance, Yu'e Bao, or a bound bank card.
NoteTo complete identity verification for your Alipay account, open the Alipay Service Center. Select to complete identity verification for your Alipay account.
Buyer:
Fixed-Price (Premium) lets you purchase registered, second-hand domain names. The prices of these domain names are higher than those of unregistered domain names.
After you generate an order, you must pay promptly. If you fail to pay on time, another user may purchase the domain name.
After you successfully pay for a domain name, you cannot cancel the purchase or request a refund.
Fixed-Price (Premium) Domain Name Transaction Fees
The buyer is responsible for the domain name purchase fee. The final price is the price that is displayed in the order.
Fixed-Price (Premium) Domain Name Transaction Flow
Purchase a Single Domain Name
Go to the Domain Name Trading home page. Select Fixed-Price.
Find the domain name you want to purchase. Click Buy Now.
You can also click
to add the domain name to your watch list for later management.On the My Watched Domain Names page, you can view the status of all watched domain names and perform operations such as Purchase, Unfollow, or Export Selected Domain Names.
Select an information template that has been successfully verified, review the related agreements, and then click Buy Now.
Select a payment method. Click Pay to complete the domain name purchase.
NoteAfter you purchase a Fixed-Price (Premium) domain name and complete the payment, the order status changes to processing. You can view the purchase progress on the order payment page. After the domain name is successfully purchased, its expiration date (Expired At) will not be extended by one year. You must monitor the expiration date and renew the domain name promptly. You can view and manage your domain names in the Alibaba Cloud Domain Names console.
Batch Purchase Domain Names
Go to the Domain Name Trading home page. Select Fixed-Price.
Select the checkboxes of all the domain names that you want to purchase. Then, click Batch Purchase at the bottom of the page.
You can also click the Batch Follow button to add domain names to your watch list in batches.
On the My Watched Domain Names page, you can view the status of all watched domain names and perform batch operations such as Batch Purchase, Batch Unfollow, or Export Selected Domain Names.
NoteThe batch purchase feature does not distinguish between domain name types. You can use the one-click batch purchase feature for all watched Fixed-Price domain names, including Fixed-Price (Premium), Fixed-Price (Preferred), and Default Subscription domain names.
Select an information template for which identity verification is complete. Review the related agreements. Then, click Buy Now.
Select a payment method. Click Pay to complete the domain name purchase.

Fixed-Price (Premium) Domain Name Transaction Delivery Time
After you purchase a Fixed-Price (Premium) domain name and complete the payment, the order status changes to processing. During this period, Alibaba Cloud follows up on the domain name purchase.
For Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names registered with Alibaba Cloud, transactions are typically completed within 1 business day. However, some cases may require more than 5 business days.
For Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names that are not registered with Alibaba Cloud, the domain name holder must transfer the domain name to Alibaba Cloud within 10 calendar days after the order is placed and paid for. After the domain name is successfully transferred in, the transaction is typically completed within 1 business day. If the seller fails to transfer the domain name on time, the order fails and a refund is issued.
Some Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names that are not registered with Alibaba Cloud are subject to ICANN transfer policies and may require more than 60 days for delivery.
When the domain name is successfully delivered, the system sends you an email notification and the order status is updated.

For Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names registered with Alibaba Cloud, transactions are typically completed within 1 business day. However, some cases may require more than 5 business days.
For Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names that are not registered with Alibaba Cloud, the domain name holder must transfer the domain name to Alibaba Cloud within 10 calendar days after the order is placed and paid for. After the domain name is successfully transferred in, the transaction is typically completed within 1 business day. If the seller fails to transfer the domain name on time, the order fails and a refund is issued.
Some Fixed-Price (Premium) orders may remain in the processing status for more than 2 business days because of issues with the seller's Alipay account or because the order is under review.
Can I immediately transfer out a purchased Fixed-Price (Premium) domain name?

Can the seller cancel the transaction after payment?
No, the seller cannot. After the buyer completes the payment, the seller cannot cancel the transaction. The details are as follows:
For Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names registered with Alibaba Cloud: After the buyer successfully pays, the seller cannot cancel the transaction. Until the order review is complete, the seller also cannot delist the domain name, adjust the price, modify domain name information, transfer the domain name between accounts, or transfer out the domain name from Alibaba Cloud.
For Fixed-Price (Premium) domain names that are not registered with Alibaba Cloud: After the buyer pays, the seller must transfer the domain name to Alibaba Cloud within 10 calendar days. If the seller fails to transfer the domain name on time, the order automatically fails, a refund is issued to the buyer, and Alibaba Cloud forfeits the seller's deposit.
