Channel Partner Workbench

The Channel Partner Workbench includes modules such as the top navigation bar, the Back button, Products, Channels, and Transactions. These features allow you to manage your business operations.

Top navigation bar

The top navigation bar provides features such as store selection and message notifications.

• Business selection box: Select the business to manage from the drop-down menu.

• Back to old version: Click Back to old version to return to the previous version of the Channel Partner Workbench.

• Messages: Click the Messages icon to open the Unread Messages window. Click any unread message or View More to navigate to the Configuration > Message Center > Message Management page in the Channel Partner Workbench.

• Task Hub: Click the Tasks icon to navigate to the Task Hub page.

• Information Configuration: Click the Configuration icon to navigate to the Configuration > Account Information > Basic Information page in the Channel Partner Workbench.

• Help documents: Click the Help icon to open the Quick Start document.
