Term

Definition

Supply order

A business-to-distributor (B2D) purchase order placed by a distributor with a channel partner. This is also known as a supply order from the channel partner to the distributor.

Purchase order

A supplier-to-business (S2B) purchase order placed by a channel partner with a supplier.

Forward supply order

A forward order generated in the LinkedMall system. It is typically a B2D purchase order placed by a distributor with a channel partner.

Reverse supply order

An after-sales order generated in the LinkedMall system. It is typically initiated for a B2D purchase order placed by a distributor with a channel partner.

Forward purchase order

A forward order generated in the LinkedMall system. It is typically an S2B purchase order placed by a channel partner with a supplier.

Reverse purchase order

An after-sales order generated in the LinkedMall system. It is typically initiated for an S2B purchase order placed by a channel partner with a supplier.

Forward order state machine

The status flow for a forward order. Statuses include Pending Payment, To Be Shipped, To Be Received, Transaction Successful, and Transaction Closed.

Reverse order state machine

The status flow for a reverse order. Statuses include Refund Only and Return and Refund.

Platform order

An order generated in the Tmall or Taobao Qianniu console. It has a one-to-one mapping with the LinkedMall order ID.

Transactions

Supply orders

A supply order is a Business-to-Distributor (B2D) purchase order placed by a distributor with a channel partner. This is also known as a supply order from the channel partner to the distributor.

Note

For example, if a tier-1 channel partner supplies goods to a tier-2 channel partner, the supply order is a Business-to-Business (B2B) purchase order placed by the tier-2 channel partner with the tier-1 channel partner.

Order management

In the navigation pane on the left, click Transactions > Supply Orders > Order Management to go to the Order List (Forward Order Management) page for supply orders. You can switch between tabs to view orders in different statuses.

All recent orders

Click the All recent orders tab to view a list of all recent orders.

  • Filter orders: You can set the filter criteria and click Filter to view matching orders. You can combine multiple filter criteria. The filter criteria are described as follows:

    • Filter by time: Filter orders by a date range for Creation Time, Payment Time, or Receipt Confirmation Time. You can also quickly filter by selecting a date span, such as the last 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days.

    • Filter by ID: Filter by Purchase Order ID, LM Order ID (Supply), LM Order ID (Purchase), or Distributor Order ID.

    • Purchaser: Filter by Purchaser ID or Purchaser Name. Fuzzy search is not supported for Purchaser ID.

    • Recipient Name, Recipient Phone Number: Filter by the recipient's name and phone number.

  • View order details: Click View Details to go to the Order Details page.

    • Order Status: View the current status of the order. You can click image to communicate with the supplier about the order using Wangwang.

    • Order Information Display: You can switch between the order information tabs to view different categories of information.

      Basic information

      As the figure above shows,

      • Order Information: Displays information such as the LM Order ID (Supply).

      • User Information: Displays information such as the Recipient Name. The external distributor user ID is a custom user ID that is uploaded by the distributor and cannot be associated with user ID information on the Qianniu platform.

      • Basic Product Information: Displays information about the products and order amounts for the sub-orders that are included in the main order.

      Receipt & logistics

      • Basic Logistics Information: Displays the Shipping Method, Logistics Company, Tracking Number, and more. You can click image to copy the tracking number.

      • Logistics Details: You can click image to show the logistics tracking details.

      Payment information

      Displays the order's payment information, such as the order amount and Alipay transaction number.

  • Batch export orders: Click Batch Export. In the pane that appears on the right, you can configure the batch export settings and then export the orders. You can go to Transactions > Download Hub > Order Export Records to view the task execution results and download the file.

    Set the Order Period for the export. Currently, you can only export data for a 30-day span. To export data for more than 30 days, split the period.

    Go to the Download Hub and filter for the download task you want to view.

    Click Download to download the exported order data. You can download the file only after the task is complete.

Orders pending payment

Click the Pending Payment tab to view orders with the Pending Payment status. For more information, see All recent orders.

Orders to be shipped

Click the To Be Shipped tab to view orders with the To Be Shipped status. For more information, see All recent orders.

Orders to be received

Click the To Be Received tab to view orders with the To Be Received status. For more information, see All recent orders.

Successful transaction orders

Click the Successful Transactions tab to view orders that are Successful Transactions. A successful transaction means the recipient has confirmed receipt. For more information, see All Recent Orders.

Closed transaction orders

Click the Transaction Closed tab to view orders with the Transaction Closed status. A transaction is closed when a user cancels the order, the payment times out, or an after-sales process is completed. For more information, see All recent orders.

Refund order management

In the navigation pane on the left, click Transactions > Supply Orders > Refund Order Management to go to the supply Refund Order Management (After-sales Order Management) page. You can switch between tabs to view after-sales orders in different statuses.

All after-sales orders

  • Filter after-sales orders: You can set the filter criteria and click Filter to view matching after-sales orders. You can combine multiple filter criteria. The filter criteria are described as follows:

    • Filter by time: Filter by a date range for the Request Time. You can also quickly filter by selecting a date span, such as the last 7 days, 15 days, or 30 days.

    • Purchaser: Filter by Purchaser ID or Purchaser Name. Fuzzy search is not supported for Purchaser ID.

    • Filter by order ID: Filter by Purchase Order ID, LM Order ID (Supply), LM Order ID (Purchase), After-sales Order ID, Distributor After-sales Order ID, or Distributor Order ID.

    • After-sales Status: Filter by After-sales Status.

  • View after-sales order details: Click View Details to go to the After-sales Details page.

    • After-sales Order Status: View the current status of the after-sales order. You can click image to communicate with the supplier about the order using Wangwang.

    • After-sales Order Information Display: View Order Information and After-sales Information. If the user has returned the goods, you can view the Return Logistics information.

      Note

      The retention period for after-sales proof images is one year. After this period, the images expire and are marked as Expired.

    • After-sales Order Product Information: Displays information about the products and order amounts for the sub-orders that are included in the main order.

  • Batch export refund orders: Click Batch Export. In the pane that appears on the right, you can configure the batch export settings and then export the refund orders. You can go to Transactions > Download Hub > Order Export Records to view the task execution results and download the file.

Purchase orders

A purchase order is a Supplier-to-Business (S2B) purchase order placed by a channel partner with a supplier.

Note

If you are a tier-2 channel partner, the purchase order is a B2B purchase order placed by the tier-2 channel partner with the tier-1 channel partner.

Order management

In the navigation pane on the left, click Transactions > Purchase Orders > Order Management to go to the Order List (Forward Order Management) page for purchase orders. You can switch between tabs to view orders in different statuses.

All recent orders

Click the All recent orders tab to view a list of all recent orders.

  • Filter orders: You can set the filter criteria and click Filter to view matching orders. You can combine multiple filter criteria. The filter criteria are described as follows:

      • Order Information: Displays information such as the LM Order ID (Supply).
