This topic lists frequently asked questions about Delivery Center.

After migrating to Delivery Center, will my product reviews and sales volume remain?

Your product reviews and sales volumes are not affected. The only change is to the template.

After creating a template, why does the private template not appear when I upload a product?

You can check if the template is published after creation.

When I publish a template, a message appears: "For the 'xxx' node, select a role that already exists in the order assignment node or order claim node." What should I do?

This error message means that the 'xxx' node must use a role that is already set in the order assignment node or order claim node. For example, if you use the "Service Provider Administrator" role in the order assignment node, you must also select the Service Provider Administrator role for the 'xxx' node.

The order assignment node must be placed before the requirement confirmation node or the requirement submission node. The role used in a node that follows the order assignment node must be the same as the role in the order assignment node.

Can the simplest template contain only a "Complete Project" node?

No. The recommended simplest flow is Submit Requirements (Customer) > Assign Order (System) > Submit Deliverables (Service Provider) > Confirm (Customer).

For an example, see the public template Simplest Service Flow.

When I publish a template, a message appears: "The node that follows an automatic order assignment or order claim node cannot have a rejection feature." What should I do?

This error occurs because a node that follows an order assignment or order claim node cannot have a rejection feature. To resolve this, turn off the Rejectable switch for the subsequent node.

Place the assignment node at the beginning of the flow. A node with a rejection feature cannot follow an order assignment node because the assignment itself cannot be rejected.

How do I change a service flow that is associated with a product?

You cannot edit a private template after it is published. To change the service flow, you must create a new template that meets your requirements and then associate the new template with the product.

The service flow is stuck at the service start stage and does not proceed. Why?

This can occur if a service provider is not configured for the product. For more information, see Configure a service provider for a product.

When I create a RAM user, I receive the error "ram: RAM is not activated." What should I do?

Activate Resource Access Management (RAM) for free.

What do I do if my business process is still in Service Monitoring?

This is expected behavior. Business processes that were created before the migration continue to use Service Monitoring. Only business processes created after the migration use Delivery Center.

RAM error: user already exists

This error occurs because a Resource Access Management (RAM) user with the specified username already exists in your account. Usernames must be unique. You must use a different username.

A RAM user sees only the Service Monitoring feature after logging on to the service provider console

This is because RAM users that were created outside of Delivery Center cannot access it. To grant access, you must create new RAM users from within Delivery Center.

The Flow Has Timed Out at the Service Provider Administrator Confirmation Node

  1. Log on to the Alibaba Cloud Marketplace Service Provider Console.

  2. In the navigation pane on the left, choose Delivery > Service Provider Portal.

The page redirects to Delivery Center.

  3. In the navigation pane on the left, choose project-center > Project Management.

  4. Find the target order and click Details in the Actions column. Then, confirm the project.

How do I use the order assignment feature?

The service provider flow is stuck at the "Assign Service Provider" node and does not proceed. Why?

This issue can occur for the following reasons:

How is the timeout period for automatic confirmation calculated for the final completion node?

The timeout period is calculated based on business days. Public holidays are not included in the calculation.
