In e-commerce data analysis, merchants often face challenges, such as the difficulty of acquiring data, the complexity of processing and integrating data from multiple platforms, and the lack of professional analytical strategies. A Lingyang One Analysis data source lets you directly connect to data from various e-commerce platforms in Quick BI for thematic and correlation analysis. This solves data acquisition and integration challenges and lets you explore analytical methods tailored to your business.

Prerequisites

Limitations

Datasets created from Lingyang One Analysis data sources do not support cross-source join and union operations.

Procedure

Creating a Lingyang One Analysis data source consists of two main steps: obtaining authorization information and creating the data source.

Step 1: Obtain authorization information

Log in to the Lingyang One Analysis platform. In the upper-right corner of the page, hover over your account name and select Personal Information from the drop-down list. This takes you to the Personal Account page, where you can find the AppKey and AppSecret for the current account.image

Note

The Lingyang One Analysis platform differentiates between a primary account and sub-accounts. A primary account can grant different platform and store permissions to its sub-accounts. Therefore, the data visible to each sub-account may differ. Ensure that the account associated with your AppKey and AppSecret has the required permissions for the data you want to access.

Step 2: Create the data source

After you obtain the authorization information from Lingyang One Analysis, enter it on the new data source page in Quick BI to connect to the store data from your authorized e-commerce platforms. The procedure is as follows.

  1. Log in to the Quick BI Workbench and go to Data Sources. On the Data Sources page, click Create Data Source in the upper-right corner.image
