After generating an intelligent report or creating a blank one, you can customize its text styles, font colors, layout, and more. This allows you to create a clear, intuitive report that matches your organization's brand and data presentation style. This topic describes how to configure text styles and extended styles, and manage referenced resources in your report.
Basic text styles
In the main toolbar, you can adjust the font, size, color, and other text styles. These settings help you highlight key points, organize the content structure, and improve the report's clarity and readability.

Extended styles
In addition to basic text formatting, you can select More to access extended styles, such as highlight blocks and columns. These features help you structure your report and communicate information more effectively.

Parameter | Description |
Body/Heading
| Defines the role of the text in the report, such as a heading or body text, and specifies the heading level. |
List
| Organize text into an unordered list or an ordered list.

Task list | Create a checklist of tasks in your report and track their completion to manage your work plans. After adding a task, you can customize its paragraph style for better clarity and visual organization. |
Link | Add external web sources to your report as hyperlinks, providing viewers with access to more resources. You must configure the link's display title and URL. |
Quote | Use a quote block to display text as a quotation. This is often used for supplementary information, citing external sources, or presenting opinions. |
Image | Inserts a local image into the report. |
Table | Inserts a table to structure information. |
Highlight block | Emphasizes important information or notes, drawing the viewer's attention to specific sections and increasing the visibility of key details. |
Column | Optimizes the page layout to make content appear neat and organized. This feature is ideal for displaying parallel information or making comparisons. For example, you can use columns to place multiple charts side-by-side to highlight data contrasts. |
Emoji | Inserts emojis to add interest and personalization to your report. Emojis can convey emotion and tone, making the report more engaging and approachable. |
Divider | Separates report sections to clarify the structure. This helps viewers distinguish between chapters or topics. |
Referenced resources
In the Intelligent Copilot report editor, click the referenced resources icon on the toolbar to view the resources referenced in the current report.
You can switch between the All and dynamic reference tabs to view all resources or only dynamic ones.
A dynamic reference is a resource such as a dashboard chart, an intelligent query result, or an insight analysis result.
You can update the data in a dynamic reference. For example:
When you manually click Update Data, the dynamic resources in the report fetch the latest data.
If you enable data permissions for the report, the system regenerates dynamic resources such as charts, queries, and insights based on each viewer's row- and column-level permissions, which provides personalized views.
Filter
If your report contains multiple types of referenced resources, you can find a resource by entering keywords from its name or by filtering by resource type.

Resource actions
In the referenced resources list, you can perform the following operations:

Delete | Click Delete and then click OK in the confirmation dialog box to remove the referenced dataset. After deletion, content associated with this resource will no longer be updated.
