Unbind dynamic reference
By default, Intelligent Data Query results are added to the report as dynamic references. This means that when the queried data changes, you can use the update data function to have the AI model regenerate the latest query result. If you need to make the query result static, you can click this option to unbind the result from its data source. After unbinding, this area will no longer be updated when the data is updated.
When you need to fix the query results, you can click this option to remove the dynamic binding between the query results and the query object. After the binding is removed, the content in this area will no longer reflect updates to the query object.
Update data
Click this option to update the current query result. The system will then use the latest data and the configured prompt to regenerate the query result with the AI model.
Unlike the global Update data button at the top of the page, this option updates a single query result. It is useful when a report contains multiple query results, but only some need to be regenerated because their source data has changed.
Click Update data to start regenerating the current area. You can then:
-
Click Expand update process to view the execution progress and reasoning process in a pane on the right. After the update is complete, the corresponding result area on the left is refreshed with the newly generated content.

-
Click Stop and confirm in the dialog box to terminate the data update. The original analysis content in the current area will not be changed.

Note-
If the content in the generation history is a dynamic result (meaning the analysis object was a chapter or chart), you must confirm in the prompt dialog whether to use a static application or dynamic application.
-
Static application: The generated result is saved as fixed text. Subsequent data updates in the report will not affect the applied result.
-
Dynamic application: The generated result updates dynamically with the analysis object. When you update the data in the report, the analysis result can be regenerated based on the latest content.
-
If the content in the generation history is a static result (meaning the analysis object was highlighted text), it will be applied as a static application by default, with no confirmation needed.

Discard
If you no longer need the current analysis result or if it does not meet your expectations, click Discard to remove it from the report.
Apply
Click Apply to add the current generated result to the report. The type of result and the available application methods depend on the analysis object:
-
When the analysis object is a chart component in a dashboard, the result is dynamic content and is applied as a dynamic application by default.

-
When the analysis object is highlighted text, the result is static content and is applied as a static application by default.

-
When the analysis object is a chapter in the current article, the result is dynamic content, and you can choose between a dynamic or static application.

In the example of the failure report, the analysis object for the insight analysis is a chapter. Therefore, the generated result is dynamic content, and you must choose an application method in the prompt dialog box.

-
When you select static application, the generated result is saved as fixed text. Subsequent data updates in the report will not affect the applied result.
-
When you select dynamic application, the generated result updates dynamically with the analysis object. When you update data in the report, the analysis result can be regenerated based on the latest content.
ImportantDynamic application is not supported in the following cases:
-
When there is a dynamic dependency in the report, meaning a subsequent insight analysis is based on a previous dynamic result. For example, generating Chapter A based on chart insights, then generating dynamic result Chapter B based on Chapter A, and then asking further questions on Chapter B to generate Chapter C.
If the dynamic dependency chain exceeds three levels, subsequent data updates may be slow or produce inaccurate content. Therefore, dynamic application is not supported.
-
When multiple chapters in the report form a circular dependency. For example, Chapter B's generation depends on Chapter A, Chapter C's generation depends on Chapter B, and Chapter C, in turn, affects the analysis result of Chapter A.
This circular dependency structure prevents the system from determining a clear execution order for data updates, making dynamic updates impossible. Therefore, dynamic application is not supported.
-
