After you create a dashboard, you can share it with other members by creating a business intelligence (BI) portal, generating a public or private link, or using collaborative authorization.
Prerequisites
You have created a dashboard. For more information, see Create a dashboard.
You have added the required chart components to the dashboard and published it. For more information, see Publish a dashboard.
Limitations
The Share feature is available only in Quick BI Enterprise Standard and Quick BI Pro, not in the Personal Edition.
Share
You can share a dashboard with others.
Access the Share dialog box
Method 1: On the dashboard editing page, click the
icon in the top menu bar and select Share.Method 2: On the dashboard management page, find the target dashboard, click the
icon in its row, then click Share.Method 3: You can also right-click the row of the target dashboard and select Share.
Method 4: You can also click Share in the upper-right corner of the dashboard's Preview page.
Share using a link
Share using a private link.
On the Link Share page, click the Private Link tab.

Click Copy Link to copy the URL, then send it to users who have permission to view the dashboard.
Share using a public link.
When you make a dashboard public, the system automatically generates a URL. Anyone with this link can access the dashboard without logging in to an Alibaba Cloud account.
On the Link Share page, click the Public Link tab.

Click Share to Public. The following options appear: ① the link URL, ② an Expiry Date setting, and ③ a Do Not Share to Public button.
You can set an Expiry Date for the link. To make the link valid indefinitely, click Permanent. To revoke public access, click Do Not Share to Public.

Click Copy Link to copy the URL and send it to other users.
Other sharing methods.
At the bottom of the page, you can use other sharing methods to share the dashboard via integrated applications like DingTalk, Lark, and WeCom, as shown in the following figure.
NoteIf no third-party application is integrated, this sharing method is unavailable. An organization administrator must authorize the application APIs. For more information, see DingTalk API authorization, WeCom API authorization, and Lark API authorization.

You can also scan the QR code in the lower-right corner to view and share the dashboard on your mobile device.

Properties
Access the Properties dialog box
Method 1: On the dashboard management page, find the target dashboard, click the
icon in its row, and then click Properties.Method 2: You can also right-click the row of the target dashboard and select Properties.
In the Properties dialog box, configure the following parameters:

Click the drop-down icon to select a new owner and transfer the dashboard.
