After you create a dashboard, you can share it with other members by creating a business intelligence (BI) portal, generating a public or private link, or using collaborative authorization.

Prerequisites

  • You have created a dashboard. For more information, see Create a dashboard.

  • You have added the required chart components to the dashboard and published it. For more information, see Publish a dashboard.

Limitations

The Share feature is available only in Quick BI Enterprise Standard and Quick BI Pro, not in the Personal Edition.

    2. Share using a public link.

When you make a dashboard public, the system automatically generates a URL. Anyone with this link can access the dashboard without logging in to an Alibaba Cloud account.

      1. On the Link Share page, click the Public Link tab.
