Refund policy for Simple Log Service-Simple Log Service(SLS)-阿里云帮助中心

You can get a refund for unused SLS resource plans purchased within 7 days. Pay-as-you-go resources are not refundable.

Before requesting a refund, review the refund rules and process.

Refund conditions

Billing method	Requirements
New version resource plan	Submit a ticket to cancel a resource plan. The plan must meet all the following conditions: Purchased within the last 7 days. Unused. Not purchased through renewal. Note Self-service refunds are available for plans purchased within 5 days that remain unused.
Previous version resource plan	Submit a ticket to cancel a resource plan (index traffic, read/write traffic, or storage). The plan must meet all the following conditions: Purchased less than 7 days ago. Unused.
Pay-as-you-go	Not refundable. To stop billing, release your SLS resources. How do I stop being billed for Simple Log Service?.

For orders paid after March 29, 2019, refunds go to the original payment method if you cancel within 18 months (548 days). For example, Alipay or online banking payments are refunded to the same account. Balance payments are refunded to your Alibaba Cloud account balance.

Important
If an invoice was issued for the canceled order, the refund goes to your Alibaba Cloud account balance. Return the invoice to withdraw funds to your original payment method.
In all other cases, refunds go to your Alibaba Cloud account balance. Failed original-method refunds are also credited to your balance.
After cancellation, cash and stored-value card payments are refunded within approximately 2 business days. Cash coupons and promotional coupons are not refunded.
For online banking payments that qualify for original-method refunds, funds typically arrive within 2–3 business days depending on your bank.
