Causes
The SMC client on the source system failed to prepare disk partition header data for synchronization. Possible causes:

The transit service (port 8080) on the destination instance is unavailable.

Network access from the source to the IP address and port 8080 of the destination instance is blocked.
Solutions

Troubleshoot using S11 error: Network connection to the destination instance transit service failed.
