Quick start

Updated at:

This quick start explains how to use the core features of Intelligent Audio and Video Recording Quality Inspection. The service uses AI to analyze video files from dual-recording applications and perform quality inspections. This service includes a pre-configured quality inspection process based on common standards in the insurance industry. You can customize this process to meet your business requirements. After an inspection is complete, you can view the quality inspection results.

The configuration for on-premises and remote audio and video recording quality inspection is similar. This guide uses remote audio and video recording quality inspection as an example.

Prerequisites

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Intelligent Audio and Video Recording Quality Inspection console, and create departments and import RAM users. For more information, see Department Management and User Management.

    Note

After logging on to the console for the first time, you must create departments and import RAM users based on your business plan.

  2. (Optional) Create an AK/SK.

  3. Create an application. For more information, see Application Management.

    Note
    • If you have both Android and iOS apps, create a single application for both so they can share the same application ID.

    • When you use a single application for both Android and iOS apps, you must set the SDK package name to the package name of your Android app. The Bundle ID of your iOS app must be identical to the Android app's package name.

    • After creating the application, record the application ID and SDK package name, and provide them to your app developers.

  4. (Optional) Create an application watermark. For more information, see Create a watermark.

    Important

The SDK for on-premises audio and video recording quality inspection does not support watermarks.

  5. (Optional) Create a remote audio and video recording quality inspection process. For more information, see Create a process from the general insurance template.

    Note

This step is required only when integrating the SDK for remote audio and video recording quality inspection.

  6. Integrate the Intelligent Audio and Video Recording Quality Inspection SDK into your client.

Your developers can reference the client-side demo project (an iOS example is provided) to integrate the SDK. During integration, they must configure the SDK with your application ID, process ID, watermark ID, and AK/SK. After configuration, they can initialize the SDK and call the quality inspection API.

For more information about SDK initialization, see the SDK Reference.

  7. View the quality inspection results in the console. For more information, see View results.
