创建一个按量付费或者预付费（包年包月）集群。

接口说明

RunCluster 是 CreateCluster 的升级版本，采用 HTTPS POST 请求，支持更长的参数内容。对于复杂参数，如对象和数组，RunCluster 采用 JSON 格式，使其对 CLI 工具更加友好。

您可以在OpenAPI Explorer中直接运行该接口，免去您计算签名的困扰。运行成功后，OpenAPI Explorer可以自动生成SDK代码示例。
