我们的产品目标，是在合规的情况下让阿里云上的 Salesforce 与全球其他地方的 Salesforce 尽可能保持一致。本文档是对当前时间点产品差异化的描述，并将不断迭代更新。
阿里云上的 Salesforce 提供三个版本：用于生产用途的 CN 无限版（简称 CN UE）、CN 企业版（简称 CN EE）以及用于应用程序开发目的的 CN 研发版（CN Developer）。所有版本都是为满足中国本地合规性和独特市场需求而量身定制的 Salesforce 应用程序。 CN 版具有与 Salesforce 全球版相同的限制和额度（例如存储和 API 等）。一些需要额外网络设计和连接的功能，默认关闭。某些功能取决于我们的产品路线图，并将在未来的版本中提供。与全球其他地方的 Salesforce CRM 一样，阿里云上的 Salesforce CRM 遵循同样的每年 3 次主要发布时间表。

AI、数据云、数据处理引擎和 CRM 分析在阿里云上不可用。
Salesforce Scheduler
Salesforce Scheduler 的 Data Integration Rules 明确了以下功能与地理位置数据功能，又称 Geocoding 之间的依赖关系。
Geocoding 已对如下对象启用：
Service Appointment：启用了 Geocodes for Service Appointment Address 数据集成规则。
Service Territory：启用了 Geocodes for Service Territory Address 数据集成规则。
Resource Absence：启用了 Geocodes for Resource Absence Address 数据集成规则。
Service Territory Member：启用了 Geocodes for Service Territory Member Address 数据集成规则。
这些 Geocoding 服务和位置服务功能依赖于与外部地图解决方案的集成，而这些解决方案在阿里云上的 Salesforce 不可用。由于这些区域性差异，开发人员需要编写跳过 Service Territory 选择屏幕的流程，具体说明请参考帮助文档。
阿里云上的Salesforce域名
在使用Salesforce产品时，某些域名应被列入白名单，以便您的应用程序可正常运行。有关详细信息，请参阅help.salesforce.com 上的帮助和培训文章。
下表中，左侧列展示了用户在全球其他区域的 Salesforce Org中使用的设置，中间列展示了在阿里云上的 Salesforce Org中使用的设置。
截至 Spring'25 版本，阿里云上的 Salesforce 不提供 Salesforce Customer 360 Data Manager 和 OmniChannel；但是本文档中提供了相关域名，以供将来使用。
Setup Domain（"my-domain".setup.sfcrmproducts.cn）已在 Winter'25版本中启用，这样可以解决某些浏览器中第三方 Cookie 被阻止的问题。

Introduction
Although product goal is to keep Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud be identical to the rest of the world when compliance permits. This document is a description of the current point in time and will evolve in the future.
Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud offers three editions: CN Unlimited Edition and CN Enterprise Edition for production use and CN Developer Edition for application development purposes. All the editions are Salesforce applications tailored to meet both the local compliance and unique market needs in China. CN Edition has limits and platform allocations (such as storage and API etc.) that are equivalent to Salesforce global versions. Some features that require additional network design and connections are turned off by default. Some features are subject to our product roadmap and will be made available in future releases. Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud follows the same 3 times/year major release schedule.

In the Spring '25 Release:
Salesforce Scheduler is officially released.
Loyalty Management is in limited preview by invitation only in the Spring release. Features are currently being tested and do not have production support.

Salesforce Scheduler
The Data Integration Rules for Salesforce Scheduler calls out the following dependencies on the Geocoding service.
The geolocation data feature, known as Geocoding, is enabled for these objects:
Service Appointments: Uses the Geocodes for Service Appointment Address data integration rule.
Service Territories: Uses the Geocodes for Service Territory Address data integration rule.
Resource Absences: Uses the Geocodes for Resource Absence Address data integration rule.
Service Territory Member: Uses the Geocodes for Service Territory Member Address data integration rule.
These Geocoding and location services depend on integrations to external mapping solutions that are not available in Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud. Due to these regional differences, developers should write flows that skip the Service Territory selection screen, as is described in the help documentation.
Domains for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud
In instances managed by Salesforce.com, some domains should be allow-listed in order for the app function fully. This is described in the following help and training article at help.salesforce.com.

The setup domain ("my-domain".setup.sfcrmproducts.cn) is being enabled in the Winter 25 release. This should overcome issues with third-party cookies being blocked in some browsers.
