我们的产品目标，是在合规性允许的情况下让阿里云上的 Salesforce 与全球其他地方的 Salesforce 尽可能保持一致。但是，由于技术或监管原因，存在少量的功能差异。因技术和监管等因素会随着时间的推移而发生变化，因此本文档是对当前时间点产品差异化的描述，并将不断迭代更新。
阿里云上的 Salesforce 目前提供三个版本：CN Unlimited Edition（CN无限版，简称为CN UE）、CN Enterprise Edition（CN企业版，简称为CN EE） 和 CN Developer Edition（CN研发版，简称CN DE）。其中，CN无限版广泛应用于各行业客户的业务与生产，涵盖销售、服务及其结合的三大核心云模块，为企业提供全面的客户关系管理工具；CN企业版专为中国市场量身定制，以更具竞争力的价格和功能，满足复杂业务的需求，CN研发版则为阿里云上的 Salesforce ISV 合作伙伴提供研发测试租户环境。这三个版本与 Salesforce 全球版共享相同的限额（如存储和 API等），但一些限制传输或需要跨境连接的功能默认关闭。此外，部分功能取决于产品路线图，可能会在未来版本中推出。与全球其他地区的 Salesforce CRM 一样，阿里云上的 Salesforce CRM 也遵循每年三次的主要发布时间表。
阿里云上的Salesforce CRM Winter'25冬季版发布说明
本文是对阿里云上的Salesforce 核心 CRM Winter'25 冬季版的更新总结，并与中国以外版本的公开更新公告进行对比。
对于Salesforce整体，一般常规增强功能部分适用于阿里云上的Salesforce，但Einstein Search、Salesforce Data Pipelines、Salesforce Archive 、Trust Site Enhancements 以及所有 Einstein 相关更新均不适用。
不适用的章节
Analytics, Commerce, Data Cloud, Einstein, Field Service, Marketing, Salesforce 和 Slack 集成，Work.com，其他Salesforce产品和服务不适用于阿里云上的Salesforce。

常规增强功能
该链接提供有关全球版本的一般常规增强功能的信息，其中对Salesforce Cookie使用的测试限制适用于阿里云上的Salesforce。
阿里云上的Salesforce 在添加新的设置域这一设置上有所不同。对于阿里云上的Salesforce，使用 *.setup.sfcrmproducts.cn 而不是*.salesforce-setup.com。
这可以确保当浏览器阻止第三方Cookie时，Lightning Experience中的Setup页面能够正确加载内容。如果您的用户可以正常访问互联网，则无需执行任何操作。如果您的公司通过防火墙或白名单控制用户或服务器的互联网访问，那么您的IT部门需要将 *.setup.sfcrmproducts.cn 添加到公司允许的域名列表中。Salesforce的Setup页面现在托管在该域名上。
变更适用范围：此变更适用于所有版本的Lightning Experience。
变更时间：Setup页面通过分阶段的方式迁移到 *.setup.sfcrmproducts.cn 域名。迁移从24年春季版开始，并延续到 Summer'24 夏季版和 Winter'24冬季版逐步完成。该变更首先在 Sandbox 和非生产环境中启用，然后在生产环境租户 Org 中启用。
创建并验证您的默认组织范围内的无回复电子邮件地址以发送电子邮件（发布更新），验证您的回邮电子邮件地址以进行发件人验证（发布更新），增加入站电子邮件限制，查看您的集成以更改电子邮件处理，和电子邮件安全合规性弃用的发件人ID，这些均适用于阿里云上的 Salesforce。
启用LWC堆叠模式（发布更新） 适用于阿里云上的 Salesforce。
关于使用 Salesforce Platform 登录许可证灵活访问自定义应用程序，目前阿里云上的Salesforce 无法使用 Platform 登录许可证。
Salesforce Scheduler
该链接是关于全球版本Salesforce Scheduler的介绍，目前不适用于阿里云上的Salesforce。
发布更新
该链接提供了更新列表，其中更改 Einstein 活动捕获权限以适用于销售基础用户 （发布更新）、将会话智能规则名称作为输入传递给 Flow（发布更新）、查看和更新设置以从 LinkedIn 捕获线索（发布更新）以及在机器人用户上下文中运行 Flow（发布更新）等均不适用于阿里云上的 Salesforce。

Important Notice
Although product goal is to keep Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud be identical to rest of the world when compliance permits, there are feature differences due to technical or regulatory reasons. Since technical and regulatory considerations change over time, this document is a description of the current point in time and will evolve in the future.
Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud offers three editions: CN Unlimited Edition (CN UE), CN Enterprise Edition (CN EE), and CN Developer Edition (CN DE). CN Unlimited Edition is widely used across various industries for business and production, covering the three core cloud modules of sales and service, along with their integration, thus providing enterprises with comprehensive customer relationship management tools. CN Enterprise Edition is tailored specifically for the Chinese market, offering more competitive pricing and features to meet the needs of complex businesses. CN Developer Edition provides a development and testing environment for ISV partners of Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud. These three editions share the same limits as Salesforce global versions (such as storage and API etc), some features that are restricted from transfer, or require cross-border connections are turned off by default. Some features are subject to our product roadmap and will be made available in future releases. Like Salesforce CRM in other global regions, Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud follows same 3 times per year major release schedule.
Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud CRM Winter'25 Release Notes
This is a review of the features for the Winter Release of Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud, in comparison to the public release notes for the versions outside of China.
For Salesforce Overall, General Enhancements are partially applicable to Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud, but Einstein Search, Salesforce Data Pipelines, Salesforce Archive, Trust Site Enhancements and all Einstein related updates are not applicable to Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud.

General Enhancements
This link provides information about general enhancements for global version, and the Test Restrictions on Salesforce Cookie Use is available for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud.
Add the New Setup Domain is modified for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud. For Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud, allow *.setup.sfcrmproducts.cn instead of *.salesforce-setup.com.
Ensure that Setup pages in Lightning Experience load content correctly when browsers block third-party cookies. If your users have general access to the internet, no action is required. If your company controls users' or servers' access to the internet through firewalls or allowlists, your IT department must add *.setup.sfcrmproducts.cn to the company’s list of allowed domains. Salesforce Setup pages are now hosted on that domain.
Where: This change applies to Lightning Experience in all editions.
When: Setup pages move to the *.setup.sfcrmproducts.cn domain through a staggered rollout. The rollout began in Spring'24 and continues through Summer'24 and Winter'25. The change is first enabled in sandboxes and non-production orgs, and then in production orgs.
Create and Verify Your Default No-Reply Organization-Wide Email Address to Send Email (Release Update) , Verify Your Return Email Address for Sender Verification (Release Update), Inbound Email Limit Increased, Review Your Integrations for a Change to Email Handling, and Sender ID Deprecated for Email Security Compliance are available for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud.
Enable LWC Stacked Modals (Release Update) is available for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud.
Regarding Get Flexible Access to Custom Apps with the Salesforce Platform Login License, the Platform Login License is not available for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud at this time.
Salesforce Scheduler
This link is about Salesforce Scheduler for global version, and it is not available for Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud.
Release Updates
This link provides a list of updates, but Change Einstein Activity Capture Permissions for Sales Engagement Basic Users (Release Update), Pass the Conversation Intelligence Rule Name as Input to a Flow (Release Update), Review and Update Settings to Capture Leads from LinkedIn (Release Update), and Run Flows in Bot User Context (Release Update) are not applicable to Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud.
