方法一：使用外部依赖phpmailer，通过github下载（PHPMailer.php,Exception.php,SMTP.php）。
PHPMailer.php修改中文编码：

修改为：

email.class.php 为外部依赖，请自行在网上下载。
mailto：收件人邮箱地址。
smtpuser：完整的发信地址。
