Content refers to various types of processed and unprocessed media, such as images, videos, audio, documents, and design source files. Supported formats include JPG, JPEG, PNG, MP4, AVI, MP3, PDF, DOC, PSD, and AI.
Function introduction
The content library module helps you manage and produce content:
Content management: Organize and manage your content.
It provides a unified content library that supports uploading, downloading, online previewing, tagging, intelligent search, sharing, and commenting for images, videos, audio, documents, design source files, and fonts. You can manage content using multi-level groups and multi-dimensional tags. The feature also supports the generation and use of intelligent content tags.
It supports AI-powered compliance checks for sensitive words and terms prohibited by advertising laws. You can also define custom brand guidelines for automated compliance checks.
Content production: Process and integrate materials, such as icons, fonts, style templates, and scenario images, to create the content you need.
It provides intelligent image production tools, such as template-based design and smart matting, for efficient content creation. You can use custom enterprise templates and allow multiple roles to collaborate on content creation. The feature also supports intelligent content tag management.
Prerequisites
Log on to the Quick Audience purchase page with your Alibaba Cloud account and purchase the "Content-only Edition" feature package.
The Content-only Edition includes three feature packages:
Content Management Feature Package (Required): Provides the Content Library, Content Tags, Content Compliance, and Data Statistics features.
Content Production Feature Package (Optional): Provides the Content Production feature.
Content Operation Feature Package (Optional): This feature is not yet available.
After your purchase, contact your Alibaba Cloud service representative to enable the Content Marketing feature and obtain the online link to the feature module.
To use the feature, access the Content Marketing page using the provided online link.
Permissions
Quick Audience organization administrators and space administrators can perform all operations.
Members with custom roles that have the following permissions can perform operations on the corresponding feature pages. For more information about role settings, see Space Roles Management and Space Members Management.
"Content Marketing - Content Management" permission: Content Library, Content Tags, Content Compliance, and Data Statistics.
"Content Marketing - Content Production" permission: Content Production.
