Considerations

  • LINE Official Account provides three plans (Free, Light, and Standard). Different plans have different monthly message quotas. Choose a plan that matches your business scale and purchase it on the LINE official website.

  • Before you send a message to a user, the user must add your LINE Official Account as a friend, or your bot must be in the target group. If a user who has not added you as a friend sends you a message, you can reply within 7 days.

  • The LINE platform has content compliance requirements. Follow the official LINE rules and do not send non-compliant content.

Integrate the LINE channel

  1. Register an Alibaba Cloud account and complete real-name verification.

  2. Activate Chat App Message Service.
