In Quick BI, creators can manage the resources they create. When other users need to view or modify these resources, the creator must grant permissions for each resource individually. Resources include data portals, dashboards, spreadsheets, data screens, ad hoc analysis, self-service data retrieval, data entry, datasets, and data sources.

Permission management

Enterprises can manage view and edit permissions for different resources to control user access at a granular level.1
