In the Alibaba Cloud ICP Filing system, after you enter your ICP filing information and upload the required documents, carefully confirm that all information is correct. This helps prevent your application from being rejected because of incorrect information or non-compliant documents.
The communications administration requires that all ICP filings be authentic. You can upload your documents and verify your identity in the Alibaba Cloud app. Then, you can complete the next steps and submit your ICP filing order from your mobile device.
If the logon or ICP filing operation is not supported on your mobile device, return to your PC. In the document upload step, click Next to complete the final information confirmation.
Information confirmation checklist
ICP filing information includes entity information, website/app information, and uploaded documents. Use the following checklist to verify your ICP filing information.
Sponsor information
Name: Enter the real name of the entity leader. During the review process and after the ICP filing is successful, Alibaba Cloud will contact this person to confirm that they are the entity leader.
Mobile phone number: Enter a valid mobile phone number for the entity leader. During the review process and after the ICP filing is successful, Alibaba Cloud will use this number to contact this person and confirm that they are the entity leader.
Website/App information
Website name: The name must contain at least three Chinese characters and be related to the entity name. For more information, see Naming requirements for personal websites and Naming requirements for business websites.
Owner name: Enter the real name of the website/app owner. During the review process and after the ICP filing is successful, Alibaba Cloud will contact this person to confirm that they are the website/app owner.
Mobile phone number: Enter a valid mobile phone number for the website/app owner. During the review process and after the ICP filing is successful, Alibaba Cloud will use this number to contact the owner and ensure the authenticity of the ICP filing information.
Upload ICP filing documents
Refer to Required documents for ICP filing and check that the uploaded documents are clear and correct.
After you confirm all the information, select the checkbox to agree to the related agreements and click Submit ICP Filing. Your ICP filing order is then generated and enters the initial review stage.
