与全球版的差异说明
Salesforce 对 Health Cloud 的全球产品战略，已将其安装部署方式，从托管包（managed package）升级为可在核心CRM Org 里直接启用。从Summer '24版本开始，新的Health Cloud客户将不需要在其 Org 中安装托管包（该规则也适用于阿里云上的 Salesforce Health Cloud）。

阿里云上暂不支持 Salesforce AI、数据云、数据处理引擎、以及CRM分析功能。

Industry-specific Data Models
Health Cloud offers specific data models for the healthcare industry to ensure that data capture, storage, and analysis meet industry standards and requirements. These models support comprehensive integration from electronic health records (EHRs) to patient participation information and can adapt to changing regulatory requirements. These models provided by Health Cloud help medical organizations implement data-driven decision-making and optimize patient care and business results.
Campaign
Campaigns are an effective way to help patients and members stay engaged with their care teams and stick with their care plans. From health education to appointment reminders, you can improve patient participation throughout the connected experience. You can identify groups of people who share a need and assign them to a campaign.
Timeline
A timeline gives you a snapshot of someone's healthcare events and activities in chronological order. You can select a time scale and check all the important details of a person's care or filter the events to check a view. This way, it is easy to get a snapshot of the person's prescriptions from last month, or check the medical events of next month.
Care Plan
You can use Health Cloud to enroll participants in care plans such as diet and nutrition classes or employer-sponsored wellness plans. To ensure compliance, you can capture the electronic signatures of participants and track consent for each care plan enrollment. Patients and members who are not physically present can log on to their community cloud and view and confirm related plans.
Social Determinants
Providing great care means having a comprehensive, holistic view of the people who you are managing. If someone with health issues cannot drive to grocery stores or to medical appointments, maintaining or pursuing optimal health is difficult. Health Cloud gives you advanced tools to assess and record barriers to health and formulate specialized intervention measures. These measures resolve specific issues that patients face and ensure that the patients can make achievements in their health journey.
Remote Monitoring
Remote monitoring helps you create a reliable and personalized connection with patients to motivate them on their healthcare journey. You can create care observations, personalize expected values for care metrics, track and analyze patient health data, and register and distribute remote monitoring devices.
Differences between Health Cloud of Salesforce on Alibaba Cloud and Health Cloud of the Global Edition
Health Cloud global strategy is to move away from managed package into Core CRM. Starting from Summer 24 release, new Health Cloud customers do not install managed package anymore. Therefore, Health Cloud managed package is not supported on Alibaba Cloud.

AI, Data Cloud, Data Processing Engine, and CRM Analytics are not available on Alibaba Cloud.
