PolarDB PostgreSQL版的所有节点规格均为独享型节点。独享型节点是指该节点独占所分配到的CPU、内存、存储和I/O资源，而非与其他节点共享资源，因此性能更加稳定可靠。

最大连接数
- PolarDB PostgreSQL版最大连接数是系统允许的最大连接数，当数据库并发用户超过该连接数后，会导致新连接无法建立或者连接超时。
业务系统不同，每个连接消耗的内存资源不同，导致数据库实际能达到的最大连接不同。
- 查询当前系统配置的最大连接数。
show max_connections; - 查询当前实际连接数。
select count(1) from pg_stat_activity; - 请关注业务和数据库实际情况，建议连接数不超过以下的建议值。
建议值公式：
LEAST({DBInstanceClassMemory/11MB}, 5000)。 - 如果应用程序需要更大的连接数，请选择具有更大内存的数据库集群。
