请注意，您的数据跨域操作行为将导致您的云上业务数据输至您所选择的区域或产品部署区域，您应确保完全拥有相关云上业务数据的处置权限、采取充分的数据安全保护技术和策略、且数据传输行为符合适用法律法规提出的要求，如传输的数据中不含任何所适用法律限制、禁止传输或披露的内容。

若您的相关操作可能导致数据跨境传输的，如数据从中国境内传输至中国境外、数据在不同国家/地区间传输等，阿里云特别提示您，请在开展前述操作前咨询专业的法律或合规人员，确保相关数据跨境传输行为符合所适用的法律法规及监管政策等要求，例如获得个人信息主体的有效授权、完成合同条款签署及备案、完成安全评估等法定义务（如适用）。

如您在未遵守前述声明与保证的情况下开展数据跨域操作的，您将承担对应的法律后果，导致阿里云及其关联公司遭受任何损失的，您应承担赔偿责任。

Please be aware that your cross-regional data operations will result in the transfer of your cloud-based business data and to the region of your choice or the region in which the product is deployed. You should ensure that you have full control over the disposition of your cloud-based business data, implement adequate data security protection technologies and strategies, and ensure that data transmission comply with the requirements stipulated by applicable laws and regulations. This includes ensuring that the transmitted data does not contain any content restricted or prohibited from being transmitted or disclosed by any applicable laws.

If your relevant operations may involve cross-border data transfer, such as transferring data from mainland China to outside its borders or between different countries/jurisdictions, Alibaba Cloud would like to remind you to consult professional legal or compliance experts before initiating such operations, to ensure that the relevant cross-border data transfer operations comply with applicable laws, regulations and regulatory requirements.

Compliance requirements may include, but are not limited to, obtaining valid consent from personal information subjects, executing and completing standard contracts, and conducting security assessments (where applicable).

If you conduct cross-regional data operations without complying with the foregoing representations and warranties, you will be liable for the legal consequences thereof. If such actions result in losses to Alibaba Cloud and its affiliates, you will be liable for compensation.
