调用ModifyNatGatewayAttribute接口修改NAT网关的名称和描述。
接口说明
本接口查询的NAT网关包括公网NAT网关和VPC NAT网关，文中出现的“NAT网关”不做具体的区分。
调试

调试授权信息

全部资源表示。
- 条件关键字：是指云产品自身定义的条件关键字。
- 关联操作：是指成功执行操作所需要的其他权限。操作者必须同时具备关联操作的权限，操作才能成功。
